Yayasan Khazanah stage 1

 Hi peeps !!

Thanks for your visit on my site and this is my second entry regarding yayasan khazanah scholarship experience hehe.

Alhamdulillah I got the chance to further the assessment in khazanah watan scholar. First thing first after a week you submitted your application on YK website. They will inform you either you pass as the shorlisted or not. If you pass then congratulation and

WELCOME TO THE FIRST STAGE OF YAYASAN KHAZANAH ASSESSMENT !!

Alright, this stage is divided into two assessments which involved numerical advanced and verbal advanced

In a simple way it is a mathematics and reading test.

As stated in the email. It is VERY ADVANCED. istg it was really hard. I even lost hope after finished the assessments because i didnt get to answer all the questions. It was hectic as hell because time given was not enough for me.

There will be given 25 minutes for each assessment and you just need to select the right answer for each question. Basically soalan objektif lah. I suggest you to prepare pen, paper and calculator before start this assessment. Make sure to find and sit on the most comfortable place so that you will not get distracted.

Oh! And you need a computer or laptop as well!! Sorry but you cant use your phone for this assessment.

For the numerical assessment, you will be given 20 questions and most questions involved graph, chart and table. I think all questions tho?? Maybe..

I remember that i left 5 questions and just hentam je as the time left was around 30 seconds more. 

Next for the verbal assessment pulak, there will be 36 questions also for 25 minutes. Basically dia macam test your english reading skill lah. As someone yang memang cakap guna BM everyday. it was difficult too. haihh

each statement given will have 3 to 4 questions to answer. The paragraph is not that long but the vocabs are high. I think it should be okay for one whose familiar with english articles and so on.

For average english learner like me, i need some time to read the paragraph again and again. It did waste my time and yes i also hentam lots of question this time too.

I believe that u can imagine how hopeless i am after that right?? I even thought that i would not pass this stage but guess what ?

I actually did pass this stage and got the invited to the next stage.
